To develop a completely new Face Shield. Key requirements were that it should be offered a lower price point; have expanded shelf life; offer re-usability and be fully compliant with all regulations.

Based on feedback received from a wide range of stakeholders, the design phase of the new InoBloc Face Shield involved the development of more than 60 prototypes, key samples of which were returned to different tiers of stakeholders for assessment and validation. This process of trial – feedback – modification played an essential part in refining down to the final product.

When launched to its target market, customers commented on its versatility, noting that the functionality of the Face Shield met the needs of a wide range of users and reflected their input.
