I joined inobloc in July 2021 after deciding that I wanted a career change.

I didn’t know what to expect after being in the hair industry for 9 years, but everyone made me feel welcome from the start. In my time here I have learned various different skills, including the labelling requirements & computer system.

I love having evenings and weekends where I can still enjoy hairdressing and other hobbies.

I’m so pleased I took the leap and joined this company as I can see a future with them because of the opportunities to advance within the company.

I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity at my age (65 years young) to land myself a position as Production Operative with inobloc.

I struggled to get employment previous to this, other companies just wouldn’t give me a chance!

I love working with the team at inobloc, they are a fantastic bunch of people and its given me a chance to work with all walks of life!

inobloc is the perfect job for me. I work part time hours 9am to 3pm, 4 days a week Monday to Thursday, which works perfectly with studying for my Master’s Degree in Environmental Management.

And a 3-day weekend - you can’t beat it!

I love the variety of jobs and you get a chance to do anything if you are willing and capable.

The staff are so friendly and helpful with a great management team and good working conditions, which makes it a pleasure to come to work in the morning!

With a new 4-day week at inobloc, not only do you have the weekend off you also have an extended weekend every weekend.

inobloc have a super range of activities, for example in a few weeks’ time we are having a Staff Appreciation Week which includes a party on Friday afternoon! Woo Hoo!
