About Us

Born from adversity,
shaped by opportunity

inobloc Healthcare Solutions arose from our desire to help those at the frontline of the fight against Covid-19

It started with a single prototype Face Shield, developed within one day of the first UK lockdown. Within only weeks we had completely repurposed our design, production and engineering facilities to manufacture four million Face Shields every week throughout the summer of 2020.

We’re proud to be Northern Ireland’s first indigenous manufacturer of medical devices & PPE and we’re moving forward. Now, with ISO 13485 accreditation and Ireland’s largest modular Clean Room, we’re helping customers design, develop and manufacture new innovative healthcare products and devices that will shape the future of patient outcomes and quality of life.

Automation

Building a secure, indigenous medical device business

In order to remain a secure indigenous company, capable of manufacturing reliable products that advance the health and well-being of patients, inobloc Healthcare Solutions keeps ahead of its competitors through continual investment in automation and robotic production processes.

This means we can offer faster, more streamlined and sterile production streams, where the risk of contamination is reduced and the use of time and resources is maximised. This results in cost-effective products and devices that meet the strictest government regulations and compliance standards.
